How to access rehabilitation services
You can access rehabilitation services at Baringa Rehabilitation in several ways:
After a hospital stay:
If you have had a stay in Baringa Private Hospital or an acute hospital for a surgery or another acute event, you can choose to take part in rehabilitation at Baringa Private Hospital. Simply ask your medical team to refer you to Baringa Rehabilitation after your acute treatment. A member of our experienced assessment team will come to visit you, to arrange your transfer..
Through your General Practitioner or specialist:
You can also be referred to our day rehabilitation program by asking your GP or specialist for a referral to one of our Rehabilitation Specialists. A member of our team will then call you to organise an appointment. Please call the please contact the team on 02 6659 4480 for further information.

How to make a referral:
Inpatient referrals can be sent by email or fax to the Rehabilitation Nurse Unit Manager:

For day rehabilitation programs, please contact the team on 02 6659 4480. Referrals must be from a medical doctor and can be emailed or faxed to the Day Rehabilitation Unit via:
